1.Disassemble the Solenoid valve from the C7/9 injector. And also the the spring, and spring spacer.
2. Calibrate dial gauge to ZERO, then check the gauge shaft flexibility
3. Set the tool upon the control valve, the stardard stroke should be “280”
4. According to the adjustment shim sizes to fix it
